A really nice and cosy boutique hotel
A really nice and cosy boutique hotel, friendly owner and staff. Clean rooms, quite an impressive piece of work done in such an old building.
Since we were in town for the xmas markets, this hotel is perfect. Close to the KO, and close to the markets. Also outside of the xmas season, this should be on your list to look at.
And btw the breakfast is super you can't get more and better.
On our list for next year.

we loved it
We stayed with our family for a weekend in Haus Hillesheim and we loved it! Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and excellent breakfast. You get great value for your money. I would definitely book Haus Hillesheim again!

The staff were fantastic
The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with easy short tram rides to both the riverfront and the main train station

GREAT CHARACTER
I THOUGHT THIS HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION NOT FAR FROM THE CENTRAL STATION,GREAT CHARACTER FRIENDLY ,HELPFUL STAFF PLUS A NICE A BAREAKFAST, VEILEN DANKE FUR ALLES!

in a quiet neighborhood, close to main train station ,15 min walk to Rein river, lovely breakfast. definitely recommend~!!

The rooms were well decorated and furnished.
I had a great stay. High quality, low price. The rooms were well decorated and furnished.
Everything was made of pine (or some wood), and the room smelled wonderfully because of it. Excellent location, 5 minutes from Koenigsallee (fancy shopping) and 10 minutes from the Altstadt (touristy and nightlife area).
If I come back to Duesseldorf, I'll be staying at Hotel Hillesheim!

We loved everything about it!
We loved the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They could not do enough for us. The hotel was very clean,very quaint and very condusive to the area. Would highly recommend it to anyone travelling in Dusseldorf and would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
The hotel was lovely and clean and in a nice area of Dusseldorf close to the shops and old town.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone staying at this hotel to eat at Rosie's bar and restaurant just up the road.
Food here is gorgeous and very reasonably priced.
Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nice
The hotel is nice, quiet and perfect located. Things to improve is internet connection in the room and a parking agreement with the nearby parking house. When I go to düsseldorf next time I 90 % that I will return to Hillesheim.

Haus Hillesheim provided the warmth we were looking for
Visiting Das Boot in Düsseldorf we looked for a "family-hotel" close to the Alt Stadt and the U-bahn. Haus Hillesheim provided the warmth we were looking for with nice, clean and newly renovated rooms to a deasant price.

I recommend this hotel for your visit to Dusseldorf.
We stayed 1 night during Boot Dusseldorf. Pleasant, quit and good quality for money. Location is exellent. Parking near hotel not sure, but nearby for little (12 euro/24 hrs) more in public parking. (Comment from the Hotel: Hotel garage 8 Euro per night)
I recommend this hotel for your visit to Dusseldorf.

Vriendelijke mensen, persoonlijke service en een lekker bed
In augustus 2009 voor het eerst geweest en dat was al super bevallen. Nu de kerst aanbieding met de Riksja tour door Dusseldorf (échte super leuk!) geboekt. Hotel was vol maar door een afzegging konden we toch komen. Lekkere kamer (de nr. 5) met bad en douche. S'ochtends een compact ontbijt maar super gezellig en je komt niets te kort.
Vriendelijke mensen, persoonlijke service en een lekker bed!
