Customer Cancellation of reservations - also no-show

Customer cancellation of reservations has to be made in writing.  Written confirmation of the cancellation has to be received from the hotel.

a/ Reservation cancellation outside of high travel season or during Exhibition times

• Reservation cancellations made 7 days in advance of arrival date - no charge
• Reservation cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival date are charged at 80% of the quoted room rate for the duration of the booked timeframe. 
• All cancellations have to be made in writing and have to be confirmed in writing  by the hotel.

b/ Reservations during the High Business Seasons or for special high travel periods

• Reservation cancellations have to be made in advance of 1 month before the scheduled arrival date or the hotel will charge 80% of the quoted room rate for the booked duration time. 
• Cancellations made within 1 month of the arrival date will be billed at 100% for the first night and at 80% for the remainder of the booked time.
• All cancellations have to be made in writing and have to be confirmed in writing  by the hotel.

c/ Room packages for the High Business Season and for the Exhibition Shows

• Reservations for partial periods in the middle of the Messe Shows (Exhibition Shows) cannot be booked. 
• When a guest departs before the end of their booked time they will be charged at the rate of 80% for the remainder of their booked time. 
• If a guest has booked a large number of rooms, and/or for an extended period of time, and has been given a group rate or a special price quote for the long-duration stay, but changes the number of reserved rooms, or shortens the amount of time, then the hotel will calculate the price difference to reflect the normal price for the number of rooms booked.

d/ Direct bookings through our website

• For Reservations during the Messe Show period, or during the High Travel Season, the hotel requests the use of a Credit Card for booking rooms by all guests from countries outside of Germany. To guarantee these bookings we need a credit card deposit.
